Hokkaido University has started using Melody International’s Mobile Fetal Monitor iCTG as a countermeasure against the new type of coronavirus. Pregnant women do not want to go to the hospital for maternity check-up, because hospitals are the primary infection cluster. If the melody is used by a pregnant woman, it will be measured at home and prescribed while at home. The best way to counter the new coronavirus has started. Pregnant women are not injured or ill, so it is difficult to go to the current general hospital. She will still be available for medical care and prenatal care.
